Account Creation:

To access Symplefy, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Platform Usage:

You may use Symplefy solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the platform’s functionality or compromise its security.

Data Accuracy:

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data you input into Symplefy, including time records, attendance information, payroll data, and team management details. We recommend verifying the accuracy of the data before using it for any payroll or management purposes.

Payment and Fees:

Symplefy may require payment for certain features or services. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Data Security:

We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your data and maintain the confidentiality of your information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, or data breaches will never occur. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures to protect your account and data.

Third-Party Services:

Symplefy may integrate with or provide links to third-party services or applications. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Modification or Suspension of Services:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Symplefy, including features, functionalities, or services, at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information, related to Symplefy and its content are owned by Symplefy. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of Symplefy without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symplefy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Symplefy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vietnam.

Severability:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Symplefy regarding the use of Symplefy, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
